Senior HR Executive
Job Description
Position closure, negotiation, Offer generation, Induction & Orientation for sites hiring. Coordinate with site managers for joining and exit formalities of group of companies of site employees. Coordinate with third party vendors related to joining of third-party employees, exit, attendance and their monthly payment processing. MIS Reports Weekly/Monthly Should be ready to travel to site location as and when required. Sourcing candidates via online advertisement, HR network groups and recruitment agencies. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and coordinating for personal interviews in coordination with the concerned departments and background verification of the shortlisted candidates
