Assistant Manager - Sales & Service
Job Description
- Generate & execute sales plan to develop new customers & existing accounts to achieve sales goal. - Area mapping, define potential customers and work closely with prospective customers to identify actual need to offer better solutions. - Develop strong relationship with prospect & customers. - Provide on time technical support to customer to resolve their issues & ensure trouble free operation - Maintain guaranteed parameters & ensure account retention. - Site Inventory Monitoring, Regular forecast to ensure on time Material dispatch. - Monthly report submission & regular Site review. - Payment follow ups & ensure receivable within timeline as per company defined DSO. - Involvement in Startup Activity, Shutdown activity and onsite technical troubleshooting. - Follow safety protocol at site.
Education Qualifications
- B.Sc/Chemistry
- Diploma/Chemical
Behavioural Profile
- Positive approach for given responsibilities. - Proactive to implement on time action plan to resolve customer issues. - Ready for traveling, including overnight travelling within assigned territory. - Knowledge of MS office to ensure regular correspondence with customer - Must have customer centric approach.
