Senior Executive - Technical Services
Job Description
- Responsible to maintain customer relationship for all given territory/Given accounts, Monitoring & ensuring customer satisfaction. - Ensure Appropriate Chemical dosing at all sites and manage onsite inventory as per PO value. - Maintaining performance guaranteed parameters as per set protocol. - Ensuring daily Report submission and regular submission of Monthly/Weekly Report for assigned sites. - Ensure regular data entry in ChembondFlux(online) portal. - Visits to prescribed customer as per set frequency & requirement. - Review water parameters and guiding SIC to maintain water parameters. - Ensure Safety protocols at all sites.
Education Qualifications
- B.Sc/Chemistry
Behavioural Profile
Should have positive approach for given responsibilities. Documentation & knowledge of MS office to Daily service report/Monthly report. Time Punctual specifically when it comes to deal with customer/Reporting. Should have customer centric approach & proactive action implementation to resolve issues during critical time.
