Engineer-Project & Maintenance

Job Description

• Co-ordinate with team for preparing cost estimation for the proposed project. • Responsible to complete & fulfil all concern project statutory formalities. • Extensive technical knowledge and experience in planning, budgeting, and implementing mechanical engineering for industrial projects • Evaluation, Finalization of basic study & detail engineering offer for project • Coordinating with process / production team during basic engg & detail engineering of project. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation and contract negotiations • Checking data sheet/ specification sheet of equipment, evaluation and finalization. • Co-ordinate with procurement team for equipment/materials purchase. • Timely updating status of project to management. • Bid analysis of all contractors for project and finalization of rate contract with contractor. • Inspection of equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuge, ANF, Pumps, storage tanks, Pressure vessels, erection work, process & utility piping as per P&I diagram. • Solid understanding of mechanical CAD software and engineering principles. • In-depth knowledge of chemical process plant, waste treatment, paints manufacturing facilities. • Regular inspection of job completed out by the contractor. • Co-ordinate with the consultant / PM contractor for field/project work to ensure project schedule. • Timely completion of project jobs. • Development of job to decrease process cost & time.  Planning of daily maintenance activities, work allotment. Implementation of CLITA walks of entire plant, Organizing daily TBT meeting.  Effective Planning Scheduling and execution of PM, BM.  Preparation of Equipment checklist, SOPs, History cards, Critical Spare List, AMC schedule, RCA  Spare management & Cost Controlling.  Daily update a maintenance dashboard and utility consumptions.  Works on MTBF, MRT, MTTR  Experience in SAP  Knowledge of IMS audit, QMS audit, HIRA.

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Mechanical
• Diploma/Engineering
