Area Manager Sales & Marketing
Job Description
1) Project Sales, Dealer Management, New client acquisition for construction chemicals. 2) Maintain Good rapport with architects, structural consultants, Design consultants, Contractors, Applicators, Distributors & Retailers. 3) Ability to setup new distributor network and develop new clients through cold calling. 4) Should be able to generate new orders from Distributor or channel Partners. 5) Organizing applicator meets for water proofing products, seminars for Architects & Builders. 6) Specification Preparation & Sampling of new products to the customers. 7) New application identification, introduction of new techniques that ca be used for water proofing or construction repairs. 8) Self-motivated and should take initiative for new market development, manage existing pipeline of sales. 9) Ensure timely payment collection from distributors, set their credit limit/exposure. 10) Should be aware of Architects, RCC Consultants, Quality Engineers, Govt Contractors, Infra companies, Water proofing contractors etc.

- B.Tech/B.E./Civil
