Area Manager - Sales (Engineering adhesive)
Job Description
1 Responsible for driving sales and business development in the adhesive sector within the Gujarat region. 2 Engage in application-based sales, conducting product trials at customer locations, and preparing detailed trial reports. 3 Manage monthly schedules for order bookings and ensure timely collection of payments from customers. 4 Oversee distributor management, ensuring accurate order bookings and timely payment processing. 5 Maintain a proactive, self-driven approach with a strong understanding of the regional market and customer needs. 6 Travel regularly within the assigned territory to generate new sales and expand customer relationships.

Behavioural Profile
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and distributors. Ability to manage sales orders and payment collections efficiently. Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented with a good grasp of the region's market landscape.
