Job Description
Complete responsibility of maintaining customer relationship for all Accounts, Monitoring & ensuring customer satisfaction. • Ensure Appropriate Chemical dosing at all sites and manage onsite inventory. • maintaining performance guaranteed parameters as per set protocol. Identify SIC to maintain guaranteed parameters. • ensuring daily Report submission and regular submission of Monthly/Weekly Report for all site. • Ensure regular data entry in ChembondFlux portal. • Visits to prescribed customer as per set frequency & system requirement. • System survey for data collection & identify ongoing issues. • Management sheet preparation & treatment design. • Review water parameters and guiding SIC to maintain water parameters. • Startup activity, Shutdown activity & troubleshooting to maintain system performance. • Support Regional sales team for Business development.
Education Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E./Chemical
Behavioural Profile
Should have positive approach for given responsibilities. - Ready for travelling/overnight travelling within Maharashtra region. - Documentation & knowledge of MS office to Daily service report/Monthly report. - Being in technical division - should take challenges positively. - Time Punctual specifically when it comes to deal customer. - Should have customer centric approach.
