Deputy Manager - IT

Job Description

1)Planning, Coordinating, establishing deadlines and leading all IT Projects, Tasks, Activities 2)Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure 3)Assist in defining, implementing IT infrastructure strategy, design, policies and best practice manuals 4)Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to find areas 5)Conducting routine evaluations of Data Center health, Network and Data Security 6)Vendor Management & monitoring SLA of systems, vendors 7)Providing L3 Technical Support, Assist IT Support Staffs in Support Delivery and training IT Team Members & Employees. 8)Planning, Scheduling, executing system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages. 9)Preparing routine system operations reports and sharing them with top employees. 10)Managing and reporting on the IT budget’s allocation.

• Diploma/Computers
• B.Tech/B.E./Computers
