Job Description

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for site employees, ensuring smooth onboarding, handling exit formalities, and coordinating with third-party vendors. This role includes sourcing candidates, generating offers, conducting negotiations, managing induction and orientation, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The position also requires the preparation of weekly/monthly MIS reports and occasional travel to site locations as needed. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Source candidates through online advertisements, HR network groups, recruitment agencies, and other appropriate channels. Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating personal interviews with relevant departments. Conduct background verification for shortlisted candidates. Offer Generation and Negotiation: Handle the end-to-end offer generation process, including negotiating salary packages and ensuring timely offer closures. Onboarding & Induction: Manage the induction and orientation process for new hires across site locations. Coordinate joining formalities with site managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and other necessary documentation. Exit Formalities: Oversee the exit process for employees at various site locations, ensuring all necessary formalities are completed efficiently. Collaborate with site managers to ensure smooth employee transitions and final settlements. Third-Party Vendor Coordination: Act as a point of contact for third-party vendors managing temporary employees for the group of companies. Coordinate with vendors on employee joining, attendance, exit formalities, and monthly payment processing. MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports related to recruitment, onboarding, exits, and other HR-related metrics. Track and analyze key HR metrics and present them to the management team. Travel to Site Locations: Be prepared to travel to site locations as required for recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, as well as to address other HR-related matters. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with employees, site managers, and third-party vendors. Strong negotiation skills for offer finalization and employee relations. Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws applicable to site employees and third-party workers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for preparing reports. Ability to work independently and travel to different site locations when necessary.
