Job Description
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and competitive landscapes, aiding in the development of strategies for business expansion. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing data to improve sales strategies and performance.

Behavioural Profile
He should be good in Hindi, English & Marathi Language and will to do field work. Proven experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
