Job Description
1. Coordinate with sites to complete onboarding formalities. Should be an onboarding specialist for Site Team. Should audit onboarding done by others and ensure accuracy in the system. 2. Collaborate with site InCharge / ATS on the monthly attendance of Site employees, ensuring compliance and thoroughly checking attendance & leave applicability, work on discrepancies, keep track of absenteeism and find out reasons for overtime on particular site, raise attendance related concerns to seniors, issue warning letters to regular absentees or leave takers. Streamline online leave and attendance system. 3. Work with the internal team for coordination and issue resolution within TAT 4. Coordinate with third party vendors when required. 5. Assist with daily HR operations as assigned by senior. 6. Draft letters, including transfer, relieving, and offer letters, any other letters as and when required. 7. Regularly update onboarding and exit information, maintaining accurate HR records in automated HR software 8. All updates related to One-Team portal, including changes in Reporting Manager (RM), Skip Level Manager, hierarchy updates, etc. 9. Documentation of new joiners and coordination for background verification (BGV) process. 10. Collection of Third party attendance and co-ordination for Billing Process. 11. Ensure timely submission of all statutory compliance documents (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) and ensure these are correctly mailed to the concerned site/location as per compliance schedule.

- MBA/PGDM/HR/Industrial Relations
