Behavioural Profile

Should have worked in a mix of smaller and larger companies for at least 4-5 years at each such company. Communication in English and in Gujarati is a requirement. Candidate should have successfully worked in consistent pressure situations and should be able to substantiate / demonstrate his ability in meticulous planning and execution of production tasks. Should be willing to move to any other manufacturing location of the company / group in Gujarat. "Get it done attitude".
