Job Description

1. Sales Growth & Revenue Delivery Achieve regional sales targets for water treatment chemical solutions across the East Region. Expand market share through focused acquisition of new customers and development of high‑potential territories. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in established and emerging industrial clusters. 2. Channel Development & Partner Management Build, manage, and motivate channel partners to maximize coverage and sales output. Support partners with product knowledge, technical training, and joint customer development. Evaluate partner performance and implement improvement plans where required. 3. Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition Penetrate untapped markets and expand Chembond’s presence across the region. Target and acquire customers across diverse sectors including: Manufacturing, Utilities, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Cement, Dairy, Mini Steel Plants, Captive Power Plants (CPP), Textile, Rice Mills. Commercial & Institutional facilities 4. Technical & Application Support Provide customers and partners with application knowledge, system understanding, and basic technical troubleshooting. Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver treatment program recommendations and performance improvements. 5. Relationship Management Build long‑term relationships with utility heads, maintenance teams, procurement teams, and decision‑makers. Drive customer satisfaction through consistent engagement, timely support, and solution‑based selling. 6. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics. Provide management with accurate forecasts, territory insights, and performance reports.
