QC Executive

Job Description

1- To perform routine Finished Products analysis as per STD specification and Test Method Manual. 2- Do physical verification & Sampling of all routine FG products as per the sampling plan and as per Process Cum Control Report. 3-Maintain records of all such analysis in “daily analysis register”, PCCR and in “SAP”. 4-Inform any Non conformance product related to HOD QC/QA. 5-Inform any deviations product related to HOD QC/QA. 6-Counter samples Management of all. 7-Standardization of all Volumetric/STD solutions as per schedule. 8-Maintain inventory of lab reagents. 9-To perform any other work assigned by HOD QC/QA. 10-Maintain Safety and adhere to PPE Compliance and 5 ‘S’ in respective area. 11-Disposal of counter sample management. 12-Off-line activity on daily basis. 13-Monthly report preparation & report to HOD QC/QA. 14-Maintain the daily RM / PM & FG file in Excel.

Education Qualifications

• B.Sc/Chemistry
• MS/M.Sc(Science)/Chemistry

Behavioural Profile

Immediate joiner can preferable.

Desired Skills

Should have good knowledge of SAP and Excel, Word.
