Job Description

• ASM will be responsible for business development and sales of High Performance coatings, MRO products in Chhattisgarh, Jharsuguda, Vidharbha, Satna region. • Conducting trials and get the product approved • He should have a relevant experience of similar products, application based sale. • Knowledge of Floor coating, Structural paints and coatings is essential, should be familiar with the territory and ready to travel a lot. • Application knowledge of Cement, Steel, Power and mining industries is important for the candidate. • Need to be self driven, presentation skills required, smart and confidant to generate the sales. • Should have a knowledge of distribution management. • Conducting the seminars at the Key customers • Development of distributor network, management of the existing distributors, their orders, payment collection. • Handling the direct customers by ensuring the material delivery and payment collection

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Petroleum
