Business Development Manager (Cold Forming)
- Technical Sales of pretreatment chemicals (cold forming) to customers at North region. - Identify customers' product needs, generate sales opportunities and convert them into actual sales - Establish communications with addressable customers through cold calls, emails, virtual meeting & F2F meeting - Extend technical services to customers to generate & improve loyalty value and ensure repeat business - Monitor the competition pricing & activities and work closely with BU/regional Head to develop the right price benchmarking vis-à-vis competitive brands - Set, monitor & achieve sales & collection targets periodically - Need to arrange the group selling activities at key accounts, like seminars, exhibitions. - Development of sales tool for better quality of sales call by field executives, Quality PPT, folders, case studies, etc.
- Excellent in communication and presentation Skills - Soft spoken and hard worker, - Ready to travel, - Good listener
