Dy. General Manager - Marketing

Job Description

-Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally -Developing sales tools along with the business heads -Tracking the market share for the organization -Category specific research in order to define the expansion strategies for organization -Gauging industry trends and accordingly build marketing & communication plans -Complete competitor's analysis for the same segment in order to ensure the enhancement of demand and sales of the product -Create compelling content to increase engagement on website as well as Social media and ultimately generate new leads -Ensure the participation of organization in different seminars, conferences and forums to showcase the brand and products -Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations -Oversee the effective distribution of marketing materials, corporate gifts, etc

Education Qualifications

• Any Graduate/Any Specialization
• MBA/PGDM/Marketing

Behavioural Profile

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Experience with social media marketing Proven ability to plan and manage budgets Should be able to work in complex environments and translate strategic decisions into innovative services
