Job Description
• Sourcing candidates via online advertisement, HR network groups and recruitment agencies. • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and coordinating for personal interviews in coordination with the concerned departments and background verification of the shortlisted candidates • Preparing salary sheet on finalized salary. • Issuing Offer Letter to the selected candidate. • Coordinating with selected candidate to ensure he/she joins on agreed date. • Completing joining formalities. • Conducting Induction program and briefing to new employee. • Ensuring email id is generated for new employees and introduction Circular is issued. • Completing exit formalities and communicating concerned to block his /her access to company systems. • Coordinating for timely confirmation. • Maintaining employee records on online software.
Education Qualifications
- Any Graduate/Any Specialization
- MBA/PGDM/HR/Industrial Relations
