1.Production planning and execution to achieve On Time In Full of right product , right quality with right cost 2.Execution of engineering changes from conceptual & design to commissioning 3.Improvement in manufacturing process , operations and inventory control 4.Liaison with the govt officials to ensure the legal compliance 5.Safety, health and environment compliance

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Chemical

Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and operations processes Ability to create accountability and to lead by example Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
