Design Engineer

Job Description

1) Read & understanding client requirement from tender documents 2) Preparation of design basis documents like process datasheets, calculations based on tender specifications 3) Preparation of technical inquiry documents for mechanical equipment & valves etc. 4) Preparation of mechanical datasheets as per detail engineering & tender specifications 5) Vendor communication / Client communication for technical clearance 6) Client/ Consultant visit for Drawing-Documents approval 7) Preparation of bill of quantity 8) Basic process knowledge of Water treatment plant 9) Checking of detail engineering drawings 10) Coordination with sales team and customer for technical issue and documents approval 11) Coordination with manufacturing team / project team to meet customer requirements 12) Corrective and preventive action taken for the design problems reported during manufacturing 13) Documentation and data control of engineering/projects.

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Mechanical
• Diploma/Mechanical

1) Shall be able to discuss in verbal and mail communication in English and Hindi. 2) Shall be good in follow-up communication 3) Ready to travel for technical meeting with client/ consultant across India 4) Positive attitude towards work 5) Able to take ownership of given task & complete given task within dead line 6) Co-operative and able to work in team
