Project Engineer

Job Description

1) Preparing bill of quantity and bill of material, master document list and document control index, project schedule and billing break-up as per the P & D and Drawings. 2) Preparing purchase requisition in SAP system. 3] Analyzing and resolving field issues and maintenance issues. 4] Monitoring shop floor activities and prepare the reports. 5] Follow up to expedite material movement with close communication to vendor and purchase department to get the material on time to meet the project deadline. 6] Maintain project record for all activities like engineering, procurement, manufacturing, dispatch etc. 7] Attend client review meeting and prepare minutes of meeting. 8] Internal follow up with each department and ensure smooth project execution 9] Dispatch related activity need to plan and accordingly packing list need to prepare in detail. 10] Billing Plan need to prepare to execute the projects for timely execution and payment follow-up with client . 11] Need to visit site for client meeting and resolve the site issues. 12] Handling individual projects up to completion and hand over the project to client including preparing the delay analysis report.

Education Qualifications

• Diploma/Mechanical
• B.Tech/B.E./Mechanical

1] Strong positive attitude and quick adaptability and flexibility with work. 2] Ability to organize and prioritize the tasks and work under pressure. 3] Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 4] Quick learner, able to grasp new ideas, concepts and methods. 5] Shall be able to discuss in verbal and mail communication in English and Hindi ( Other Languages also ) 6] Shall be good if follow-up communication with vendor, client, team members 7] Able to take ownership of the task 8] Positive attitude towards work 9] Ready to travel for technical meeting with client/ consultant across India at site / Client office etc,.

Desired Skills

Good Team worker and obedient , Punctual in work and good skill in PVC / CPVC piping and small structural work .
