Job Description

• Responsible for the overall functioning of plant - production, scheduling, plant maintenance, monitoring processes and functioning of all departments of the unit • Managing timely scheduling and execution of Capex projects and improvement projects • Excellent Organizational and leadership Skill • Manpower management • Liaison with the govt officials • Safety, Health and Environment Compliance • Knowledge of Hazop, Risk Assessment • Handling the Customer complaints • Inventory management • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports Preparations • Experience of facing Internal, External, ISO and other Global Audits

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Chemical

Behavioural Profile

Proven work experience as a Plant / Section Manager of Specialty Chemicals/Chemicals/Polymer Industry with proven managerial experience and adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise. Should be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, projects, inventory and operations processes. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example. Strong team building, change management, decision-making and people management skills.
