Assistant Manager / Manager - Product Development & Technical Services

Job Description

• New Product/formulation development as per design input & modification of existing products as per market requirement. • Carry out laboratory trials, and third-party certificates with competitors’ products analysis & customer's trial components. • Latest technology products development compliances with environmental regulation. • Product application training to Sales & technical team & demonstrate the product performance in the initial phase at customers end. • Should have good knowledge in the field of Polymer, Surface treatment & coating field, Ready to do hard work and to gain knowledge. • Ready to travel to demonstrate a new product launch or establish the parameters • Able to manage a cross-functional technical team who are responsible for product development, innovation, and manufacturing support. • Execution of planned experiments in the laboratory, their documentation, and communication of work results. • Advancing laboratory practices to increase efficiency in research & development activities. • Execution of routine experimental work for product development, materials testing & product evolution.

Education Qualifications

• PH.D./Chemistry
