Sales Coordinator
Job Description
1. Supporting sales & ensuring order satisfaction. 2. Coordinating with other departments (Accounts/Dispatch/Production/Purchase/QC). 3. Forecast follow-up with the sales team and provide it to the plant team for production preparation. 4. Providing the sales team with the current status of their orders. 5. Maintaining sales MIS & shared with management to on daily basis. 6. Follow Up with the field team for new customer creation documents as per standard. 7. Prepare (Order/Tax Invoice/Return Process/Credit Note-Debit Note). 8. Providing (Sales reports /LR details) reports to ZSM along with their team.
Education Qualifications
- Any Graduate/Any Specialization
Behavioural Profile
Good communication - Verbal, written Good interpersonal skills Should be able to multitask & prioritize activities Should have experience in MS Excel Experience in SAP is preferred.
