1) Sourcing & screening resumes through various internal & external sources based on understanding the required criteria for particular position. 2) Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience. 3) Assist in planning of organizing recruitment – Interview co-ordination & reimbursement formalities. 4) Co-ordination with the technical panel for F2F & telephonic interview. 5) Preparation of weekly Dashboard on recruitment status. 6 Independently managing the on-boarding process. 7) Preparation of offer letter & appointment letter. 8) Maintain employee’s personal files and records. 9) Preparation of offer letter, Appointment letter & I - Cards 10) Preparation of Employees Master Data in Exel Sheet
