HR Assistant / Executive
Job Description
1) Coordination with the Sites for completing the joining formality 2) Coordination with the site in charge of the monthly attendance of third-party employees and coordinate with vendors for the entry, exit, compliance, and timely processing of the salary draft and payment. 3) Coordination with the account team for the internal processing of Vendor bill payment 4) Assist in day-to-day HR Operations 5) Drafting HR letters like Transfer, Relieving, and offer letters 6) Timely updation of joinee, and exit information, keeping HR records updated in automated HR software
