Job Description
Talent acquisition and Talent Management . Managing entire HR lifecycle of manpower .new joinee, confirmations ,exits etc. Providing HR related strategic and operational support to site manpower & ensuring collaboration and syndication as per customer needs. Handling employee grievances /issues and redressal on timely basis. TImely Induction & Orientation for new joinees. Updating Master data ,Organogram on timely basis in automated H.R. Software. Ensuing Performance Appraisals annually on timely basis.
Education Qualifications
- Any Graduate/Any Specialization
- MBA/PGDM/HR/Industrial Relations
Behavioural Profile
Team Player. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English is a must. Proactive. Customer service orientation attitude.
